Technical Issue Update
What's the latest?
We are making good progress resolving the technical issue we experienced last week, we appreciate your patience and a further update will be provided on Wednesday 14th August.
Please be assured we are working extremely hard to provide you with our usual excellent service and we apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service team for urgent enquiries whilst we work through the backlog.
Can I contact customer service?
Yes, you can contact us by phone, email or chat, our opening times are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
I sent an email but haven't received a reply?
We're extremely sorry we haven't been able to respond as quickly as usual. We are working through our emails and will respond as quickly as possible. Please don't send another email, we will come back to you.
I placed an order with you when will I receive it?
Orders placed up to and including Friday 2nd August
We are up to date on fulfilment to this point. Orders placed on Friday 2nd August were despatched on time.
Orders placed via email from after 4pm on Friday 2nd August
We will send an order acknowledgement as normal once the order has been processed.
Orders placed since 5th August via punchout or EDI
We will be in touch with the relevant procurement teams to request these are resubmitted for processing. I apologise for any inconvenience.
Will you be in a position to deliver my order for the start of the new term?
We will deliver orders placed for delivery up to the 19th August on schedule, however invoices are delayed.
Many deliveries have been pre-prepared for delivery and are in storage ready for despatch in line with your requested delivery date.
For those deliveries that are not yet picked, our team are on standby to complete your orders ready for your required delivery date and we are confident we will be able to achieve this.
I placed an order and payment was taken but I haven't received the goods yet?
A small number of orders have been affected and we will be in touch to resolve this with you as soon as possible.
Are direct deliveries from your suppliers affected?
Our direct suppliers are continuing to fulfil all orders placed up to Saturday 3rd August as normal. There will be a delay in the despatch confirmation email and our invoice but your order will arrive as usual.
Can I track my order online?
At the moment, order tracking is offline. We are working to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
Is the stock information correct online?
Unfortunately, until our systems are fully operational the stock status on our website is out of date. We are receiving stock daily so whilst a product may show as out of stock there is a high probability we can supply these products for you.
