Bacillus megaterium is a rod-like aerobic spore-forming bacterium. It has very large cells and forms heat-resistant endospores. The bacterium produces lipase and protease and is Gram Positive.

  • Incubation Temperature: 30°C

  • Cultures should always be inspected for contamination before use.
