A fully sheathed miniature 12V, 50W (nominal) heater specially developed for use with metal block calorimeters.

The element is housed in a 150mm x 11mm stainless steel tube, the heated section occupying 70mm from the closed end. Electrical connection is via 300mm flying leads with heat resisting insulation, sealed into the body tube, terminating in 4mm sockets.

An external Power Supply is required for use (B8G85458 or similar).

The Immersion Heater is also available as a pack of 5 (B8R07559).
